Trees and hedge not maintained

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The alleyway between Stanton Harcourt road and Wadards Meadow is very overgrown the trees not Maintained. You can barely walk down the path without ducking and moving around the branches. I know this hedgerow is protected but please can it be cut back, and the height reduced to allow more light into the path and gardens. It’s been this way for years.
