We have had water pouring out of manholes and gullies for last four days.

Thames Water have advised it is a local authority matter.

The water is building up on the road causing a safety issue

  • Thames Water are saying it is the local authority responsibility.

    We are suspicious that there is a burst main. They are saying it is blocked dirt and leaves in the culvert.

  • This is now seriously dangerous as the water is freezing on the pavement and on the road. Any injury will be the fault of either SODC or Thames Water for not resolving this issue after over a week of escalations and reporting.
