Irresponsible contractor

A contractor was hired by the council to work on street lights, instead they parked thier heavy vehicle in front our fence and damaged the grass in front, some so called manager said he will fix instead made it worst by throwing some dirt on top of the grass, l just hope I don't see him again because I would put that dirt back in he car
