SSG Networks have closed a lane for almost 4 weeks - yet no workers onsite.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

SSG began works almost 4 weeks ago resulting in lane closure. 3 way traffic lights causing significant daily congestion - regular 45 mins in rush hour. Yet - never seen any workman on site during the day - just an individual in a van monitoring lights - hence as repair is not on carriageway but verge - why are lights not cleared away when not workmen on site reducing congestion and pollution?
