Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Outside ‘Fletchers’ house. Cones been squashed there too as a bottle neck. Been there for a while. I met an OCC footpaths colleague today re paths & she pointed it out & said it was worthy of a fix my st report.
