Overflowing gulley / surface water drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Surface water drain full and overflowing leading to water running down road. Filled with silt / debris. Not been cleaned since 2020 so well past needing attention at this low spot in the village, particularly as it gets colder and ice starts to develop.
