Abandoned shopping trolley outside west oxford CC

Shopping trolley has been left at the entrance to Botley Park, outside west oxford community centre. Has been there at least since Wed 15 Nov, when I called up Home Bargains (whose trolley it is) and told them to collect it. Clearly this has not been done (as of 20 Nov) - thanks
