Overgrown hedge on Ethelred Court

We have recently moved to 7 Ethelred Court and have noticed that the hedge, which appears not to have been maintained for a very long time and happens to be adjacent to our bungalow, blocks light to our kitchen/ dining room and we are forced to use up electricity during daytime. In addition it blocks vision for any vehicle or bicycle that happens to come around this corner. We and the other neighbours we have spoken to, would very much appreciate if this matter would be dealt with urgently! Many thanks
