Muddy paths / cars driving on grass

My elderly mother lives at 22 Trendell place . The two bungalows before hers 21 and 20 both have daily carers visiting a few times a day. When they arrive they drive into the pavement and dig up the grass around the estate. There is no need for them to do this as the carers / nursing staff are all able to walk. In the summer I did speak to one as they park blocking the public pathway. Now it is winter the place is so muddy and slippery. They can park in the road at the times they arrive . My poor mother had to walk through all this mud it’s really unfair and unnecessary. Please can you do something about it . The parking does need improvement around the area. But I have noticed the times that the carers arrive there is parking available. Please help
