Dip by soft verge

Reported via mobile in the Other category anonymously at 07:21, Fri 17 November 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Deep dip by soft verge on left hand side travelling from Hagbourne to Chilton past cycle route to Upton, on the level. Took out my nearside front tire. Saw other stranded vehicle earlier this week also needing to but on spare. There are numerous lengths along this road where the dip on the side of the soft verge is deep.

  • Issue has still not been resolved. Blew front nearside tyre on morning of 19th December 2023 when driving in wet & dark conditions.

Will be filing a claim for the new tyre. From the noise it made, I'm surprised I don't need a new front axle!
