Path very overgrown, forcing riders closer to the 60MPH A40. Fence hanging down, over hanging branches. No room or 2 bikes to pass all the way to passed the layby before the Freeland turn. Layby path fully overgrown and should for "the criteria" awful maintenance (actually none) why would I want to ride the path to Oxford to save time and money when it is in such poor condition.
