Large pothole on roundabout exit

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a large pothole immediately on the exit of the roundabout (Thame to Long Crendon). This has been previously fixed before. Very hard to avoid in busy times

  • Huge pothole, it’s getting increasingly dangerous as people swerve to avoid. Will cause a problem either way and needs fixing asap

  • This pothole is very deep and will now cause vehicle damage if hit. As for cyclists as this is so close to the busy roundabout where cyclists cannot ride in the middle of the road this will cause a serious injury

  • Very poor that this hole has not been repaired yet. Having to steer into middle of road to mis it. As mentioned before if a cyclist or motorbike hit it I'm sure a serius accident would happen.

  • Logged on to report hitting this yesterday. Amazed my tyre/wheel are still intact. It's impossible to see it as you are coming off the roundabout, so very difficult to avoid once it comes into view. Only a matter of time before someone does their vehicle serious damage, or worse, someone is hurt.

  • This issue seriously needs to sorted. The pothole is getting larger by the day and will only get worse with the weather. How many cars/vans/cyclists does this have to effect before the problem is rectified. Road users are swerving to avoid it at the last minute. Who is going to be held accountable for the accident, which is waiting to happen, happening!!! OCC get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This pothole is treacherous and needs to be sorted ASAP. I have lost one wheel and tyre to a pothole this year and felt close to losing another last evening!

  • I hit this pothole this evening. It is very dangerous, I'm surprised I haven't got a puncture!! PLEASE GET THIS FIXED IT IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!!!!
