Large puddles & overhanging thorny shrubs across footpath

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 15:31, Tue 7 November 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have reported previously that there was a loose step & that there are shrubs overhanging the path between 1 & 11 Hillside. I am grateful that the step has now been repaired but the shrubs are still an issue &, now we have had poor weather, there are large puddles all along the gravel path which make it treacherous for pedestrians, particularly as when one tries to avoid the puddles one inevitably is "attacked" by the shrubs. Previously residents have clubbed together to add gravel however it has been discovered that the path is the property of OCC & therefore it should be maintained by OCC.
