Street lighting on Wooden pole not working

The light has been out for a number of months. The wooden pole has a generator on it, and is on the left hand side as you enter kennel lane.

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • Still not fixed. Been over four weeks. Lots of people walk on the path to the care home and people often speed down this road and needs resolving asap for safety reasons.
