Bollard housing traffic signal controls broken and exposed

The top of a bollard that seems to house some of the electrnics for nearby traffic signals has broken.

This has previously been reported, no repairs undertaken & FMS account closed, but asked to confirm whether issue still remains - Yes it does. Please arrange a repair and reduce the chance of further damage to it and others.
