Highway sign post has fallen down Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 17:04, Tuesday 28 March 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4369546.

Photo of this reportzoom The highway signpost to the Church and Boat Yard rusted through at the base and fell over. It has been temporarily tied onto another post but it needs fixing properly. Thanks

Council ref: ENQ23954142

You then emailed me today asking me to report it again if it still hadn't been fixed . You know it hasn't been fixed! I presume you are just resetting the clock to disguise the lenght of time `Oxfordshire is taking to repair highway problems.

  • This was first reported in March 2023. It is been flagged as “investigating” since October 2023 so over a year ago. The post the broken highways sign has been fixed to is now starting to lean so there is ongoing damage and a risk both posts fall across the highway.
