Trees blocking lighting in narrow secluded pathway

We are again reporting that the lighting in the pathway is blocked. It has been this way for months. We have had drug dealing, intravenous drug use, physical threats, graffiti on our house, and an attempted burglary of our house originating from this pathway. PLEASE help us maintain the pathway for the sake of public safety.
