Space for cycle lanes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This busy A road has sufficient space for cycle lanes on both sides if the central hatched area was removed to accommodate. I cycle along this route at times, and see others cycle and having designated space for cyclists would significantly improve safety and reduce car congestion behind them. There are no alternative quieter cycling routes. Given there is already sufficient road space to accommodate, it would 'simply' be a change of road markings.
