Illegal road signs

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Two clearly temporary signs for 30 mph remain just beyond the derestriction sign on the A 4074 heading in the Oxford direction. There is no end of 30mph limit. there is no corresponding 30mph for traffic heading south.

These signs are therefore illegal and confuse those drivers who want to obey speed restrictions.

Unclear signage has been at this location for many months now and reported. It is high time the situation was resolved and the perpetrator of erecting illegal signs held to account.

  • This is still illegal road signs, you have signs covered with black bags turned sideways, the builders have been gone months, we currently have NSL, 30 & 50 in both directions.
