Speed indicating sign laying on verge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The speed indicating sign and associated solar charging panel is laying on the verge. This item I suspect is quite expensive and should be refitted or at least recovered. It is annoying to see such waste when the council is unable to find the money to fix potholes!

    THe photo cell is still on the verge but the speed sign seems to have gone missing. THe cell is opposite 28 Whites Lane, Radley.
