Someone has obscured the signs that show the start of the 30 mph speed limit.

The signs are part of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and until the TRO has been confirmed by the TRO Team they need to stay covered, as they are not enforceable until the TRO is in place.

Presumably the TRO for the 30mph section has been in place for some time, so those signs should not be obscured.
