Lamp too bright needs shade

I am reporting lamp c2 for the fourth time?? The LED is too bright and throwing too much light SIDEWAYS not backwards. A shade has been fitted to the rear. It needs a shade on the right as you stand underneath it. It is getting darker earlier and it is highlighting the problem for another year. Please can this be fixed correctly.
