Alleyway from Coopers Gate is full of drop leaves and poor lighting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The alleyway has been full of dropped leaves since last winter and the over hanging vegetation has been allowed to grow blocking the street lights and will fill the alleyway again with dropped leaves when Autumn / winter arrives. It has created a health and safety hazard with the floor surface becoming extremely slippery and the poor lighting makes it extremely dangerous for anyone using the alleyway at dusk / night.
