This is causing accidents every day with people injuring themselves quite seriously

  • Thank you for your report. I have looked at this report and assessed the issue you have identified. Having checked our Highway Records and Public Rights of Way maps, I can confirm that this section of carriageway/Footway, that you pinpointed on the map, in front of Botley Library, Church way, Botley, is not part of the highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. You should try the developer of West Way Square, Botley to pursue this matter. I am therefore closing this report.
