Pothole and Subsiding road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drain cover on the north side of the corner is collapsing causing a pothole to form, this combined with around the whole corner area the wheel tracks are sinking causing the centre section of the road to be raised and scrape the bottom of my car. This is not helped by the construction site on this corner deteriorating the road more rapidly.
