Large metal plates over hole are separating

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Works by SSE have made large hole that has metal plates over, but the plates move, banging loudly and separating leaving a large dangerous hole. SSE have failed to address the issue, leaving an unsafe situation, not to mention the banging that is intolerable.
