Hello.

The hedge belonging to No.1 Gibbs Road over hangs West Street, making it impossible to park beside the hedge. Approximately 3 parking spaces are lost in an area that is already very short of space. In addition the hedge blocks the road enough so that vehicles can not safely pass each requiring them to give way.
