Broken garage door and rat infestation

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This garage door has been broken for weeks, it looks horrendous, exposes the mess inside and has been the subject of a rat infestation! The tenants are clearly not coping with maintaining the property and I believe this is a council owned house. If so I would request the council take action urgently, repair the garage and investigate what is happening inside the house? This property looks terrible on the outside, just what responsibilities do the tenants and the council have in ensuring an acceptable standard of maintenance? The house is 23 Gossway Fields, could someone please make contact with the tenants and resolve this issue.
