Drain Cover Possibly Broken

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are 2 drain covers in the middle of the road (opposite no.9 Heather road) and for the last few weeks when cars driver over it one or both make a loud banging noise, possibly broken and causing a lot of noise.
