Private resident's bin store placed on Council land

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This query was raised around 8 September, but 14 Bishop Kirk Place still hasn't complied with the letter you sent them to remove their bin store from Council land. I am pleased to report that 15 Bishop Kirk Place, however, did remove theirs. Can you please ensure that number 14 removes their bin store from Council property? It is an eyesore and blocks full use of the pavement.
