Hi All

I’d like to report and abandoned vandalised bike attached to railings with large bike lock located at Lower Fisher Row ,central Oxford adjacent to quaking bridge. It has been there for a few weeks now and looks abandoned .Could I have someone come and remove it as soon as possible as it is a trip hazard and an eyesore.
