Unlisted gully still blocked

Please note this gully is NOT showing on the map as a Gully, but it is in the location of the dropped pin. As per attached photo, it can be barely visible and cars park near it. This was previously reported and marked as fixed but the issue has NOT been fixed, it still blocked.
