New speed limit signs incorrect speed 40 or 50

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

You seem to be in a middle with your new speed limit signs by the new roundabout on the A417 heading towards Harwell. You have errected a pair of 40 mph sign after the roundabout and then you have put new 50mph repeater signs. Looks like your quality control is lacking here. Please correct to meet current road traffic regulations.

  • Thank you for reporting this to OCC. We agree that the speed limit signing has not been installed correctly and we have asked the Developer who has carried out these works to fix this urgently, as per the approved drawing.
