Sight lines obscured by hedges/trees

Sight lines obscured by hedges/trees Waiting to pull out of Old Wootton Village Rd in my car, I noticed that the sight lines looking towards Lamborough Hill and Cumnor Road are blocked/obscured by overgrown hedges and trees. This is dangerous as I had to edge out onto the main carriageway to see if there was any traffic coming from both directions to turn right onto Cumnor Road. The hedge on Cumnor Road needs cutting back to at least past the crossing area and the hedge on Lamborough Hill needs to be cut back to at least the 1st bungalow on the left. There has been an accident recently where someone had to edge out into the road from Old Wootton Village. The people that own the houses in The Willows who presumably are responsible for the overgrown vegetation and verge, need to employ someone to cut it all right back to the fence, not as I saw a lady taking her snips to it one piece at a time!!
