The road is sinking with a crack down the middle of the left hand carriageway

The road on this bend seems to be sinking in a similar way to that reported on the bend slightly further up the road. There is a crack in the left hand carriageway as approaching the junction to Bourton and the A420. For smaller cars it causes some unexpected steering issues and seems to be getting worse
