Oxford Road, Abingdon. 'spring' in the road worse after investigation

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The water that has been coming up through the road surface for at least 5 years is now about twice the flow since Thames Water investigated. Beautiful road repair but the problem is not solved. I have previously suggested, from personal observation, that the water is coming from British Telecom ducts in line with the BT manhole covers.
