Tree is dying and falling towards my property
Reported via desktop in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 08:18, Sun 24 September 2023
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This has been reported by me and neighbours for over two years. I have written emails, now that seems to be stopped, It is urgent. My cars and home are at risk. Following numerous letters and phone calls, over at least two years.
I am yet again urging you to do something about this tree, reported to you via email, Fix my Street and calls.
In my my last letter (emailed) dated 27th December 2022, following up two or three other recent ones, the supervisor came on Dec 6th to view the tree. He insisted it was safe. It is not!
I voiced my concerns about the possibility of the tree falling onto my cars parked in my drive. I stated to him and in further emails that if anything happened to them I would be suing you for compensation! I have two cars in my driveway one of which is relatively new.
This tree now looks dead, it has been looking this way since about June I would say, but it is definitely not doing well all but a handful of the leaves have looked dead for this time.
It appears yet again to be lifting out of the ground towards my driveway!
Will someone please urgently come and look at this.
As I said in my previous letter if it falls not only is it a danger to the public but to me and my property.
This is now very urgent.
Yours faithfully
