Van parking making it very hard to turn into houses/drives on both sides of the road

This van has been parked here for a few weeks sometimes with other vans and cars next to it. Vans and larger cars are finding it hard to drive into properties on both sides of the road as it is narrow. Please park where the road is wider or at your own place wherever that is. .
