Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Rats and pigeons have been reproducing for years under this bypass. They are out of control and they pose a danger to children and other people who cross under thos bridge every day. Some people leave food for these pests which worsens the problem.
