across from the Red Cow Pub, This afternoon (22/9/23) I arrived home to find the grass verge gouged out. See photos. I am 81 and cannot repair this damage. As Oxfordshire Highways is responsible for verges I am asking for the damage to be made good. It is at a T-junction and often has the edge damaged but this is up on the slope. There is also a pothole at the edge too. Thank you.
