Two blocked drains and potholes caused by this

One drain is blocked causing water to run down the street and around a bend which is dangerous to traffic and the one closest to the bend needs directing so the water flows into it . The water flowing fine the street has washed away our pebbles and has caused potholes in the road outside our drive which means we hit broken tarmac every time we leave the house and this needs filling or redoing and also further down after the second drain the road has a big hole
