The gully drain on the side of the road

The drain in question is rain water is flowing out of this drain and running towards town which is making it very difficult to cycle inasmuch it's like a river in heavy rain

  • Is there an update to this. There is a constant flow of water down the Oxford road from this drain which will only become more hazardous as temperatures drop.
