There used to a tree here, it was cut down some time ago, but the tree stump was left, it's quite high and thought at the time this should have been ground out.

Now with no one cutting any grass, weeds etc this stump is covered and more of a hazard that when this is not covered. The tree stump needs to be removed to stop an accident from happening. Even when the grass finally gets cut, this is still dangerous
