Drainage gully blocked under manhole. Whenever it rains, large volume of water flows out of manhole and the lid becomes dislodged. I have reported this twice before, and been advised to report to Thames Water as a leak, but it is NOT A LEAK and thames water say it needs to be reported to council. PLEASE investigate it properly.

  • Got a Thames Water engineer out. Manhole does not belong to them. Engineer thinks it is to do with electricity, not water.
