Gulley on cycle path not filled correctly

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Contractors have cut numerous gulleys along the A40 cycle path the majority have not been filled in adequately and are hazard to cyclists particularly at night. The public taxes have paid for this and therefore all these gulleys should be correctly filled.
