Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large tree branch has split, following inclement weather, overhanging footpath. On route for West Bicester 5kn walk and tunnel access to Bure Park. Dangerous for cyclist and pedestrians, especially young children.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land maintainable by the adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. I have sent correspondence to the landowner, detailing the problem and advising that they carry out remedial works to resolve the situation.
