Terrible road repair

Thames water have been doing something at the end of Lime Walk. They finished the work on Wednesday night during the pouring rain and they have left the end of the road in a terrible state as you can see from the photo. This doesn't seem like an acceptable state for them to leave the road in so I think they should have to come back and repair it properly.
