The drain at 3 Lower Rd Chinnor overflows even with only moderate rain. Lower road resembles a river during the recent high rainfall. Water erupts from the drain and finally enters a the next drain Eastward. This has been under investigation for 6 months. (ENQ23950739). Please fix the broken underground pipes before winter. Pictures taken 18 Sep 2023. Thank you.
