Entrance/exit to underpass flooded

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

When there is heavy rainfall the underpass seems to get flooded these days. It’s okay if one is on a bicycle but not if you’re walking. People will get their feet/shoes very wet! Is there something being done to avoid this area getting flooded in the future?
