WATER And DRAINAGE PROBLEMS

There are drainage problems water entering properties at SQIRRELS leap Harpsden House And Hillside . We live at SEQUOIA where we see water rushing past formerly OXFORD HIGHWAYS put in a large BUMP at the top of our shared drive as we had problems. Could we have it replaced as it is worn away by lorries cars internet vans as this area is 3 metres wide and the drive is used continually for vehicles to pass. I understand the current problems for properties will be solved but then problems will occur for us this bump did solve every thing and not expensive.we would be grateful if it could be renewed
